What am I passionate about ?

What am I passionate about ?Before when people will ask me what I'm passionate about I never had an answer because I didn't think I was passionate about but now I have have figured it out. I have a passion for keeping others happy. I'm passionate about that because happiness is the best feeling ever it feel great so why wouldn't I want to give it to someone else. Happiness comes with a lot of perks, you have no worries, you find the positive things in every situation and its health .By keeping others happy I do things and say things that I know would make me happy as well. For example my mother to keep her happy and in a good mood I'll make things easy for her. Like before she gets home I'll make sure the house is clean laundry is done for all she has to do is come home and relax or sometimes makes dinner. Another way I'll brighten someone's day is complimenting them at their worst finding the beauty in themselves. Or even just having a simple conversation will change someone 's mood or mindset. Now that I know what I'm passionate about it will never change because I enjoy it. I've learned that the little things that you do for people sometimes makes a major differences in that person's life. In some cases it might even stop someone from making a mistake that they will regret or a mistake that is indefinite. Happiness is feeling like no other and I believe that everyone should get that feeling. Well yeah that's all I have too say about my passion.

So like just last night I was listening to A Song for Mama by Boyz 2 Men. I really love this song it shows me how much I  appreciate and love my mother. My mother is my rock, she's always there for me and I don't know what life will feel or be like without her. These lyrics from this song stands out to me because I can relate to it. Its has been so many time in my short life when I wanted to give up and not follow through or finish things and my mother was there to pick me up and motivate me to finish and do better. "Have always been around for even when I Was bad "My first two years of high school was my worst years in school. I was getting in lots of trouble and my grades were slacking but no matter what my mother never gave up on me . Meeting after meeting she was there trying to understand and figure out what changes i can make for a better me. It was times I was ready to give up on myself and she never let me , she  always motivated me giving me strength to carry on and finish . I love and appreciate my mother for everything she have done and does for me.

English Class have became boring ever since W.T left he's amazing. W.T is a Shakespeare Teaching artist that came to my english over a course of 12 weeks to help enjoy and understand Shakespeare's play Mid Summer Night Dreams . Since W.T been gone we have return back to the regular boring curriculum that Department of Education created. But for right now Ms. Hegeman has managed to make it interesting so far. Now we are talking about gender roles and how can we apply to Mid Summer Night Dreams and life today in our essay. Gender roles can be expressed by both women and men. For example , in Mid Summer Night Dreams men were portrayed as the more dominant gender who provides and take care of his wife or partner. Unlike in today's society women are more independent and are able to provide for themselves and their partner or spouse.  In some cases women actually have a higher income then their spouse. Many gender roles can come off as not noticeable because women and men was raised to believe that these gender roles are right or this how its suppose to be. For example during the Shakespeare Era and in today's society believe that women are suppose to be the care taker and cook and clean for her family. Thats so not true because men can do it to and women should not be the only one responsible for that. Another is example is "The Bread Winner" who brings the most money in men believe that they should make more morning then their spouse and that its wrong for their women to make more than them. This is a very strong topic and i enjoy discussing and learning more on it.

Prom is Approaching !!! Prom Day is one of a girl's favorite day. Its almost like the wedding day . Except the groom bride made and a preacher . Its a day when she can dress up like a princess, take pictures, party and be happy. Im very excited and nervous at the same time I have yet to find a dress and prom is a month away. I nervously ask myself questions like: Will I find a dress ? Will things go as planned ? Will I ENJOY MYSELF ?  So many questions I have and I wont know until the day of prom.  Good thing that i have everything else including my wonderful prom date my boyfriend aka MY BABES. Thanks to him Im able to keep calm about not having a dress because he tells me all the time no matter what you wear you still going to look beautiful. Enough about me not having a dress lets talk about what's my plan for prom day. I will wake up at 10 am after getting my long beauty rest, leave home for 12pm to go eat brunch with my mother and sister . Next stop is eye brow and eyelashes shop. My nails and feet will be done already so no worries about that.  I should be finished with this at by 3pm the latest, go do my hair and makeup. Go home shower and get ready for prom. Writing about this just now got me so excited and worked up giving me motivation to find my dress.
